Acupuncture was the best method but still experiencing severe pain, she schedule consult with Expert spine specialist to proceed with injection, soon canceled after discovering yoga trapeze. It changed her life from a negative to a positive and she is excited to share her back care and workout regimen with you. She firmly believes the trapeze can help you get back into a routine and surpass your goals. Renee got her Yoga Alliance trapeze certification through YOGABODY in Barcelona, Spain. Few months later pursued Aerial yoga and bodyART certifications to continue to offer more for her clients. She believes life should be lived at ones most outstanding quality and movement is key. Her warm welcoming energy will put your worries at ease, allowing yourself to be present in the moment. Renee's motto, "Life is better upside down."
